During my short stay in New York, I got up at 6:30am on my last day to not only meet Andrea, but to also wander a side of New York you rarely see, a quieter, more calmer side. Chelsea Market was empty and Highland Park was remote. I didn't feel the need to walk at a fast pace, so I picked up a coffee at Ninth Street Espresso and just walked the streets enjoying the wide empty spaces, the early morning light and brisk air.

Here, I'm wearing two Australian Labels I absolutely adore, Country Road and Witchery. The wrap top is a fun one. It's a billowy silhouette with long strands that tie around the wrists and also at the waist. I love that it's a bit dramatic, but in a not so obvious way. The jeans were a good find at Witchery. Fitting in all the right areas and with a side zipper inseam that hit me at the perfect length, I couldn't pass it up. It's one of those buys where you already have some version of it, yet you just know you'll wear these a million times over, too.
